Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day. We offer two forms of shipping: Standard and Priority.

All orders are shipped with USPS. We ship worldwide.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes are listed in local currency and paid at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and the destination country. 

Note: Some countries will ship DDU - Duties & Taxes will not be charged at checkout and will be charged at collection by carrier.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the order date to receive your package.

Due to COVID-19, there may be a possibility of delay in delivery and temporary increase in costs. Some countries delivery is suspended during this period.

If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment at orders@hoshicollective.com.
