The item I am looking for is out of stock, what can I do?

Some of our products are more popular and sell out faster. Due to the nature of each product, we may not be able to re-stock them, but we will make sure to update stock at our best ability for your convenience. You can also e-mail us with the style and color you are interested in and we can update you once we have it in stock.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

We don't have a brick and mortar store yet, but we're looking for retailers around the world to partner up with. If you're interested, please visit our wholesale inquiries page.

Do you sell wholesale to boutiques and stores?

Sizing & Fit

Do your hats have different sizes?

Our hats are all one size – medium adjustable. They have an adjustable sweatband with a velcro strap to ensure a comfortable fit. Due to handmade nature of our products, size may vary slightly.

I received my hat, but it doesn’t fit to perfection, what can I do to adjust it?

All our hats come with an adjustable sweatband with a velcro strap to ensure a comfortable fit. This velcro strap adjuster sits underneath the sweatband.

How do I use my hat's adjustable sweatband?

If you look on the inside of your hat, underneath the backside of the sweatband, you will notice a velcro piece that attaches the sweatband strap. The adjustable sweatband takes just a slight adjustment to work. Take a look at this video to see how it works.

How do I measure my head to make sure my hat fits?

How do I know my hat fits perfectly?

Your hat should sit comfortably on your head without feeling pressure. To know if your hat fits properly, place your index finger at the center of your forehead perpendicularly. Your finger should be able to fit between your forehead and the sweatband inside the hat. If you are able to fit more than one finger, you should adjust the sweatband.  Take a look at how to do that in this video.

Orders & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

You can use credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. And, no matter how you choose to pay, your payments are always safe and secure.

If I place my order today, when will it ship?

We do our best to ship all items within one business day from the time of purchase. You will get an email once your package is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders take upwards of 5-7 business days, if you are located on the West Coast, and within 2-5 days if you live in the Midwest or East Coast. For International orders, please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive and email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Absolutely. We ship all over the world, but international orders are final sale only i.e. no returns or exchanges.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Hoshi Collective. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

I haven't received my order. Can you help?

If you haven't received your package or you think it's lost, please email us at so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange and return policy?

I placed an order using a discount code, can I return my item if it doesn't fit?

All orders purchased with a discount code are final sale and can't be exchanged or returned. Please see our Return Policy.

How do I organize a return?

Please email and we will give you all the details you need. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

How long does it take for my exchange / refund to be processed?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.

Once we receive your return please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at Hoshi Collective and then 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund.

If you're exchanging, we will send your new products and email you a new tracking number.
